Spend some quality time enjoying your family; These special programs are designed for the whole family to interact and enjoy Martha’s Vineyard and sometimes just be silly as a family. Each one of them is completely fun and fanciful. All of them provide good clean outdoor Martha’s Vineyard fun.

“Not-so-Creepy Creatures of the Night Hike”
Families with kids ages four to nine are going to love this one! Discover what flies, hunts, squeaks and screeches under the cover of darkness on Martha’s Vineyard! You’ll strap on a headlamp and take a hike through the Mytoi Salt Marsh Trail to look for the Not-So-Creepy Creatures of the Night! With the use of an underwater lamp, a bat detector, a million candlepower spotlight, headlamps, nets, and moth attractors; kids (and yes, you parents) will get to experience a variety of animals that call the island of Martha’s Vineyard home. End this great evening with cookies and a drink, and go home with a complimentary coloring book! Did we mention that we have a spotting scope available because we plan these programs under the many visible phases of the moon?

“FARM Institute--Hands on Experience”
Everyone goes crazy over this animal farm trip! Come and explore the Vineyard’s Farm Institute where you’ll enjoy a relaxed hands-on experience where you’ll receive a personal farm tour, one-of-a-kind activities such as creating fiber art, interactive food preparation and even farm operations. Kids will get to see and touch real farm equipment like tractors and loaders. We top it all off with an authentic Martha’s Vineyard hay ride!

“Family Clam Bake on the Beach”
On Martha’s Vineyard we know how to do a clambake. Enjoy a scrumptious feast with the whole family at our New England Style Clam Bake with fun, family-friendly activities such as face painting, arts and crafts and lawn games! Dinner includes fresh caught lobster, steamed clams and mussels, roast chicken, clam chowder, salad, corn on the cob, boiled new potatoes, coleslaw, grilled vegetables, sweet cool watermelon, strawberry shortcake, soda, tea and coffee, alcohol available at additional cost. This activity is severely limited in size and availability. Please book early.
